These Terms of Service govern your use of outletlet.com and purchases from OUTLETLET LIMITED ("OUTLETLET", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Online store

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or use the store with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the website or our products for any unlawful purpose, transmit malicious code, interfere with the website, or violate the rights of others.

2. Product information

We aim to present product descriptions, specifications, colors, availability, and prices accurately. Screen settings, lighting, and production updates can cause minor differences. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue products where permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

3. Orders and payment

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, refuse, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including payment failure, suspected fraud, stock errors, pricing errors, or delivery restrictions. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, contact, and delivery information.

4. Prices, taxes, and duties

Prices and the transaction currency are shown at checkout. Applicable shipping charges and taxes collected by us are displayed before payment. Unless duties or import taxes are collected at checkout, the recipient is responsible for charges imposed by the destination country.

5. Shipping

Processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, customs, and delayed or damaged deliveries are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Returns, refunds, and warranty

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, and the 12-month limited hardware warranty are governed by our Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights in your country or region continue to apply.

7. European and local consumer rights

If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, those protections apply in addition to these Terms. Any choice of law or limitation in these Terms does not deprive you of mandatory rights available in your country of residence.

8. Personal information

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify and other service providers may process information as needed to operate the store, process payments, prevent fraud, fulfill orders, and provide support.

9. Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to third-party services. Their own terms and privacy notices apply. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

10. Reviews and user content

Content you submit must be accurate, lawful, and must not infringe another person's rights. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, translate, and adapt it for operating and promoting the store. We may remove unlawful, misleading, abusive, or irrelevant content.

11. Intellectual property

The website's branding, text, graphics, photographs, videos, and software are owned by or licensed to OUTLETLET and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes. No other use is permitted without prior written authorization.

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it in a manner that disrupts service, submit false information, distribute malware, commit fraud, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
