Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days unless a different processing time is shown on the product page or at checkout. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may also appear in your order confirmation. Estimates begin after dispatch and can vary by destination, carrier capacity, customs clearance, severe weather, and other events outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

We send tracking information after your order is dispatched. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to show the first carrier scan.

Address changes and cancellations

Contact support@outletlet.com as soon as possible if you need to change the delivery address or cancel an order. We will try to help before fulfillment begins, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Unless duties or taxes are collected at checkout, the recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. Customs processing can delay delivery.

Split shipments

Items in one order may arrive in separate packages. If this happens, each dispatched package will have its own tracking information.

Delayed or missing deliveries

First check the carrier tracking and confirm the delivery address in your order confirmation. If tracking has not updated for an unusual period or the package appears lost, email support@outletlet.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and offer the remedy required by the applicable policy and law.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries

Contact support@outletlet.com within 7 days after delivery if a package or item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product. Keep all packaging until we have reviewed the claim.
