Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, uninstalled, in the condition received, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.

Start a return

Email support@outletlet.com before sending anything back. If your return is approved, we will provide the applicable return address and instructions. Do not send returns to a business or office address shown elsewhere on our website. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping

For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, OUTLETLET will cover reasonable return or replacement shipping. For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping, and original outbound shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order after delivery and contact support@outletlet.com promptly if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos or a short video so we can assess the issue and provide a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Exceptions

Gift cards, personalized products, and items marked Final Sale before purchase cannot be returned unless defective or required by law. Discounted products remain eligible under this policy unless they were clearly marked Final Sale before purchase.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return and place a new order after the return is approved.

12-month limited hardware warranty

OUTLETLET provides a 12-month limited hardware warranty from the delivery date for manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorized repair or modification, normal wear, or failure to follow the product instructions. Contact support@outletlet.com with your order number and evidence of the issue before returning the product. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

European Union 14-day cancellation right

If an order is delivered into the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason, subject to applicable law. The product should be returned complete and in substantially the same condition in which it was received. This right is in addition to any other mandatory consumer rights.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact support@outletlet.com.
